How do I make an order ?

Follow these steps to make an order from Sporty Pro

  • Search for the items you wish order, select the size and quantity you would like, then click on the ADD TO CART
  • You can either continue shopping or review the items in your shopping cart by clicking on VIEW CART
  • If you are satisfied with your selection, click CHECKOUT to complete your order by entering your shipping details followed by your preferred payment method.
  • If you are registered user, then just sign in to your account
  • If you are not registered, you can order as a guest

Do you have a physical store?

No we are an online only store, and we don't have any physical stores.

Which payments methods are accepted on Sporty Pro

We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash on delivery (CAD). You can also use ValU for installments or split your payments using Sympl

I forgot my password, how to I reset it?

Click on FORGOT MY PASSWORD on the sign in page to RESET your password.

Can I modify or cancel my order ?

If your order is still within its fulfillment phase you can contact our order fulfillment team at orders@sportypro.com to modify or make changes to your order

Are all your products original?

All our products are 100% Original, and delivered directly from the official dealer in Egypt.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are delivered in 3-5 working days

How do I exchange or return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange it or return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please send an email to orders@sportypro.com and someone from our team will contact you in order to arrange for exchange or return.

How to make a return?

In order to make a return you need to submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

    1. Log in to your account by Clicking Here
    2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
    5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
    6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
    7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
    8. Click Request return.


If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
